UNION JACK

Hi All
does anyone know if union jack removals are still in operation ? I have tried contacting them via phone and all of their offices are just ringing engaged including there 3 offices on the costas also they are not responding to emails. I have used them a couple of times in the past. I am wanting to tranport an 8 person jaquzzi along with a few other items, to quesada from tyne and wear, any recomendations please.
